Tests of dampers and shock absorbers
TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for running-in, acceptance and investigation tests of hydraulic machines and units, including those within displacement hydraulic transmissions.
Benches ensure performance of parametric tests of shock absorbers and dampers with different designs according to GOST 30625-99 “Telescopic and hydropneumatic shock absorbers of vehicles and trailers. General technical specifications”, GOST R 53816- 2010 “Vehicles. Hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers. Technical requirements and test methods”, TR TS 001/2011 “On safety of railway rolling stock”, TR TS 002/2011 “On safety of rail transport”.
The bench design envisages direct measurement of movement of shock absorbers and dumpers, ensuring the best accuracy and performance characteristics.
Non-conventional design of the crankshaft cam with a limb ensures prompt readjustment of motion.
Movement of the top cross bar of the bench in automatic mode provides the possibility to quickly switch from one product type to other, and to perform tests for smoothness of movement.
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
automated test operator workstation;
crank mechanism with a special design cam gear;
automatic upper cross bar movement mechanism with a clamp;
frame turning system to test dumper in different positions;
system for direct measurement of bottom dumper mounting speed;
system for direct measurement of top dumper mounting speed;
force measurement system;
system for non-contact measurement of dumper temperature.
