TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for running-in, acceptance and commissioning, investigation tests of manual transmissions and their components with transmitted power up to 2000 kW.
The bench ensures performance of endurance and performance tests of manual transmissions and their components.
The bench is a closed loop system (bridging of power flow in power circuit electric parts), which ensures energy efficient operation of equipment with minimum consumption of electric power from the network.
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
automated test operator workstation;
manual gear actuation device;
loading device;
automatic transmission operating temperature regulation system;
bearing structure, including the system of communication with loading device;
torque measurement system, both on the loader side, and on the drive side, including calibration equipment;
input and output shafts rotation speed measurement system;
temperature parameters measurement system: oil temperature, bearing supports temperature, etc;
pressure parameters measurement system;
oil pressure in the main oil distributing passage, control system pressure, back pressure in friction coupling boosters, etc.
