TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for investigation tests of motorized wheel reducing gears of JSC BelAZ in 4 sizes, with transmitted power up to 2 MW.
The bench provides for automatic testing cycle for reducing gears of motorized wheels.
The bench has a closed power circuit, which ensured high energy efficiency at high transmitted powers (up to 2MW).
Complete simulation of reducing gear operation under real conditions is obtained through ensuring simultaneous loading of a reducing gear with rotational torque and radial load.
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
automated test operator workstation;
main frames of each reducing gear with driving motor;
reducing gear mounting bracket;
radial loading system;
sprinkler-type cooling system of reducing gears;
electric equipment cooling system;
electric motors cooling system;
vibration monitoring system;
rotation velocity measurement system;
torque measurement system;
radial forces measurement system;
system of measurements of temperature in reduction gear box.
