TEST BENCH APPLICATION

Benches are intended for processing, acceptance and commissioning tests, and investigation tests of hydro-mechanic transmissions with transmitted power up to 630 kW.

Benches ensure performance of life time tests and parametrically tests of hydro-mechanic transmissions (HMT).

The bench performs test run of HMT under different modes and loads, and rating according to the standard GOST 17069-71 (idling characteristics, static performance factor characteristics, transformation ratio, input shaft torque coefficient, and other).

The bench has a closed-loop circuit (bridging of power flow in power circuit electric parts), which ensures energy efficient operation of equipment with minimum consumption of electric power from the network.

BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:

automated test operator workstation;

HMT input shaft driving unit;

loading device;

automatic transmission temperature conditions adjustment system;

bearing structure, including the interface system for loading and actuating device;

torque measurement system both from the loader, and from the drive, including calibration equipment;

input and output shafts velocity measurement system;

temperature parameters measurement system: oil temperature, coolant temperature;

pressure parameters measurement system: oil pressure in the main oil distribution passage, pressure at torque converter inlet and outlet, pressure in friction coupling and brake boosters.
