TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for running-in, acceptance and investigation tests of hydro-mechanic transmissions with transmitted power up to 630 kW.
Benches ensure performance of tests of hydraulic units according to the TS, repair manual and other regulatory documents.
In order to perform tests of hydraulic cylinder units, the bench has a system controlling the hydraulic loading cylinder that simulates the spring characteristic.
This solution allows to evaluate performance efficiency of the tested item when it operates in a product.
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
automated test operator workstation;
work table with leaks collection system;
system for loading hydraulic cylinders with direct force measurement;
distributor drive system;
pressure measurement system;
main hydraulic plant;
auxiliary hydraulic plant;
system for measurement of forces on distributor;
small displacements measurement system;
flow-through process fluid heating system;
product bleeding system;
safety filters and sampling system.
