TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for running-in, acceptance and investigation tests of hydraulic machines and units, including those in displacement hydraulic transmissions.
Benches ensure performance of life time tests and parametrical tests of different hydraulic machines and hydraulic valves.
Benches are used to perform test of different types of pumps with evaluation of flow rate, capacity, efficiency coefficient and other parameters.
The bench may have a two-section design to test hydraulic machines within a three dimensional hydromechanical transmission.
Electric loader ensures accurate rating of hydraulic motor initiation characteristics.
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
automated test operator workstation;
hydraulic pump/hydraulic motor driving/loading unit;
hydraulic unit with the system to maintain operating environment temperature, and preheating system;
work table with hydraulic plate to interface pump with bench components;
shaft rotation speed measurement system;
shaft torque measurement system;
temperature parameters measurement system: oil temperature, temperature in arbitrary points (determined by test operator);
pressure parameters measurement system: intake pressure, discharge pressure.
