TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for dynamic testing of automobile tires and measuring of the coefficient of rolling resistance.
The bench procures dynamic tests of tires and measurement of the coefficient of rolling resistance by method of moments according to ISO 28580-2012.
Its design includes an original method for measurement of parasitic loss.
Tests are different temperatures are performed in a temperature chamber with automatic maintenance of temperature.
Pressure and temperature in the tire cavity are controlled by a non-intrusive method (TPMS)
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
bearing structure with a chassis dynamometer and tested wheel drive carriage;
system for wheel loading control and wheel load measurement;
dynamic radius measurement system;
system for measurement of rolling resistance by method of moments, including the loss measurement system;
automated test operator workstation.
