TEST BENCH APPLICATION
Benches are intended for acceptance and commissioning, investigational tests of friction elements of couplings, clutches, breaking systems.
The bench is intended for performance of life time tests and parametrical tests of friction elements.
The bench ensures automatic control of operation of friction elements in predetermined operating conditions to perform tests.
The bench may be used to study transient processes passing in couplings during skidding, control smoothness of clutch engagement; study thermal processes in friction elements.
BASIC CONFIGURATION OF THE BENCH INCLUDES:
automated test operator workstation;
drive system;
friction elements operation control mechanism;
rotation speed measurement system;
torque measurement system;
friction elements temperature measurement system.
